Papercraft model of a kindled bonfire from the PS3/360 game Dark Souls, made by From Software. Made using Google Sketchup, Illustrator, and Photoshop.

Sorry if this reposted. I'm having technical difficulties.

I was having a bit of trouble assembling the hilt. Could you help me out? I'd like to have it completed by my boyfriend's birthday on Thursday.

Hey - thanks a lot for this. Never attempted this 'papercraft' technique before... but I have to try!

Can you use simple printer paper? Or do you need something special?

Bonfires are my salvation.

Really glad you like it. Papercraft is a big hobby of mine and I always love to see others give it a try.

For the paper, you'll need cardstock instead of traditional printer paper. I use paper like this: [link]

As long as it's "110 lb" thickness, it should be perfect. Other than that, just regular white glue, and thinner coats are better. Let me know if you need any help.

Yep. Works in any regular inkjet or laser printer. Just make sure, when you go to print, to select cardstock or greeting card in the paper type options to make sure it doesn't jam.

Perfect! Been looking for some good dark souls papercraft, Have a game in NG+ almost to NG++, and another two near NG+ lol. Really would like to make ornsteins armour, doesn't exist on the web though, don't think I could create it because there isn't enough references :( Awesome work though! :)
